Terms of Service

These Terms apply to access to kariresearch.com and, where incorporated into an order, proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), or other agreement, to Kari Inc. sample supply, panel access, programmatic routing, feasibility, quality screening, and managed fieldwork services.

Project scope, pricing, timing, acceptance criteria, and data-processing responsibilities are confirmed in the executed project documents.

Feasibility is an estimate based on the audience definition, incidence assumptions, questionnaire, quota structure, timing, and supply conditions available at the time of assessment. It is not a guarantee of final delivery unless an executed SOW expressly states otherwise.

Changes to targeting, LOI, incidence, quotas, survey design, launch timing, or security requirements may affect price and delivery.

Quality controls and review criteria are agreed for the project. A rejection request should identify the respondent record and the agreed objective basis for review within the period stated in the SOW.

• Confirm that questionnaires, target audiences, screening criteria, incentives, re-contact arrangements, and research uses comply with applicable law, ethical requirements, and the project agreement.
• Use panel and survey data only for lawful research purposes and do not attempt to identify, contact, profile, or market to a respondent except where a separate lawful arrangement permits it.
• Maintain reasonable security for survey links, credentials, respondent data, and project exports.

The client retains ownership of questionnaires, research materials, trademarks, and content it supplies. Kari Inc. retains its panel relationships, source and routing systems, quality logic, software, documentation, and aggregated or de-identified operational learnings, subject to the project agreement.

Each party will comply with the privacy, data-protection and research obligations applicable to its role in connection with the services. Where Kari Inc. processes personal data on behalf of a client, the parties will enter into appropriate data-processing terms, including a DPA where required. Where international transfers require additional safeguards, the parties will implement applicable transfer mechanisms, including SCC where appropriate.

Kari Inc. maintains operational controls designed to support lawful, secure and quality-focused research delivery. Its controls are designed with reference to recognized privacy, information-security and market-research principles, including those reflected in ISO 27001, ISO 20252, ESOMAR/GRBN guidance and MRS professional standards, where relevant. This statement does not represent certification, accreditation, or membership in any of those organizations.

Fees, taxes, payment dates, cancellation charges, and incentive liabilities are defined in the relevant order or SOW. Either party may terminate as stated in the applicable agreement.

Kari Inc. will perform services with reasonable skill and care and apply the controls agreed for the project. Research responses are opinions provided by participants; no particular commercial outcome, incidence rate, or uninterrupted availability is warranted unless an executed agreement expressly says otherwise.

Liability is governed by the executed project agreement and applicable law.
